Is a testimonial…or review, only as good as the “paper” it is written on? For my business, I began to ask clients for reviews after shoots quite a few years ago already, and it seemed to truly help new potential customers who were looking for photography services. It’s a gift that keeps on giving, and I am really grateful to all clients who take the time to write about their experience with the studio. Client service has always been at the top of my priorities when working with people, as every client is important and they want to feel like it.
Sure, we get busy and many things happen in between life and its daily things, but it’s a balance between managing your own life, and the business and to my, my business is truly precious and a huge investment of my time, effort, funds and being go into making it a great experience for anyone who visits.
Throughout my years as a photographer, and doing especially lots of boudoir photography, you get to work with other service providers such as makeup artists and build a good relationship with someone whom you feel does an excellent job on what you require and expect from your boudoir makeup sets. One such a person is Michelle Draper, whom I’ve known for years, her business called Private M Collection.
Michelle is sweet and kind, always willing to help even on Sundays or after hours, and always very kind to my clients.
I recently photographed her, as I find her beautiful and wanted to showcase her strength and attraction, so I was able to convince her even though she is quite shy.
