Choosing white as part of boudoir choices for underwear sets

Choosing white as part of boudoir choices for underwear sets

Choosing some pure white accessories for your boudoir shoot, makes for a very crisp shot, even if shot moody and darker like the style of Loci Photography. White isn’t as vibrant as pink or red, but it definitely can be striking and different accessories can also be used for a look that is mostly white.

White could perhaps be associated with a bridal look so there are various different white sets available in most stores and online. White can work with most skin tones actually, and the Loci Photography way of shooting can make sure it works for everyone.
The studio has an exclusive clothing- and accessory range called The Nicolassi Brand, made with the idea in mind that various different women who all have boudoir shoots, look different and are built different, but they all want to have themselves represented well when they visit me, they want to look strong and feel it too, and look like one of the best versions of themselves. The Nicolassi Brand offers strong shapes and many times a feel of luxury and empowerment.

Most of the jacket- and coat shapes have strong shoulders and some have so much fabric and longer trains for an ethereal feel, something from a dream or a different reality.
Many mainstream stores do not offer something extraordinary just can just buy off of a rack, and most clients didn’t want to spend on a once-off piece from designers, so the option to use the studio’s range became a great idea to invest in and offer to clients, and it now seems to be such a great success story, as I see happy clients leave my studio all the time, with their products being of the highest quality and quite unique.

Nicolassi hosts a short white block jacket with white fringe that provides texture and a unique look, and has strong square shoulders.

There is also an A-line white tulle jacket, that provides some see-through layers where delicate skin can be seen in peeping bits, and makes for a great shape that hugs the shoulders and puts the focus around the decollete area.

White can be daunting, it’s not my favorite either, but it can be worked with in the studio for a lovely marriage, and the studio’s accessories just makes for an even better look of it. Choosing white as part of boudoir choices for underwear sets needn’t have to be a maybe, it can be a definite yes.

My clothes are made on my wonderfully trusting Elna sewing machines and overlockers, and recently I have gotten myself a Kingstar industrial sewing machine, a little beast to make it all go faster and better.

Loci Photography also has moved to a bigger studio in Rietvallei Park serving all Pretoria East clients, greater pretoria, Midrand, Johannesburg, as well as all of East Rand’s lovely people, as I am close to both the N1 and the R21 highway.
